15HP Shell and Tube Water Cooled Condenser SXFWS-15 for Water Cooled Condensing Unit:

Our Standard and characters of shell and tube water-cooled condenser adopts high-quality heat exchage tube as main heat-passing material.It's shell material is correpondent with GB/T8163-1999 standard,the material of tube plate is measured up GB/T3274-1988,GB6654-1996 standard.The manufacture of our products is corespondent with National Standard,Mechanismlndustry Standard and Act of<>.At present,pressure vessel collection mainly consist of water-cooled condenser,dry type evaporator and liquid receiver.There are two kinds of water to be cooled in water-cooled condenser,one is ordinary water,and the other one is seawater.Generally,we produce Single-Model heat exchanger,but we can remodel it to be double-model equipment of heat exchange according to users' requirments. 

The design standard of condenser:

Inflow temperature(twl) is 30℃ 

Temperature contrast between eater inflow and drainage Δtw is+5℃,

Condensing temperature(tk)is 40℃

Average water velocity among tubesw is 1.5-2.5m/s

The design standard of dry type evaporator:

Inflow temperature(twl) is 12℃

Temperature contrast between eater inflow and drainage Δtw is-5℃, 

Evaporating temperature is 2℃

Inspiration and superheating Dts is 4℃

Average water velocity among tubesw is 1-1.5m/s
